To qualify to receive any type of financial assistance from the Professional Pilot Development Program, an applicant must meet two of three of the following criteria:

1) Applicant must be dues current (financially) for at least one full year (365 days) prior to applying for assistance.

2) Applicant must have participated in an ACE Camp or Pilots-in-Schools event prior to applying.

3) Applicant must have participated in some event that supports the ideals and initiatives of OBAP (mentoring, visit a school, support an aviation related event, etc.
