January, April, July and October

The Deadline for submitting Articles and Advertisement:
January: Deadline is January 7, 2008
April: Deadline is April 4, 2008
July: Deadline is July 7, 2008
October: Deadline is Oct 6, 2008

The Pirep Price lists for Advertisement Ads are:

FULL-PAGE ADS
Insert for one edition = $ 700
Insert per issue for multiple insertions = $600
Insets per issue for 6 editions = $500

HALF-PAGE ADS
Insert for one edition = $ 500
Insert per issue for multiple insertions = $400
Inserts per issue for 6 editions = $350

QUARTER-PAGE ADS
Insert for one edition = $ 350
Insert per issue for multiple insertions = $300
Inserts per issue for 6 editions = $250

SIZE SPECIFICATIONS (all ads are BW)

Full-page ads are 7-1/2”w by 10”h
With bleeds, 8-3/4”w by 11-1/4”h —image area is 8-1/2” by 11”

Half-page ads (no bleeds on half-page ads) are
3-3/8”w by 10”h vertical OR 7-1/2”w by 4-7/8”h horizontal

Quarter-page ads (no bleeds on quarter-page ads) are
3-3/8”w by 4”h
